May the blessings and love of the Heavenly Parent and True Parents be with all regions and mission nations.
Under the special instructions of True Parents, the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation created the Sun Moon University Scholarship Support Program for International Students and is now receiving applications for the 2013 Winter Semester. We would like to ask all regional headquarters to base their selection of scholarship recipients on the guidelines within the attached program guidebook.

1. Number of Students to be Accepted to the 2013 Winter Semester: 86 applicants
   • If the number of recommended students by region surpasses 86, the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation can adjust the number of applicants through consultation with the regional headquarters.
2. Applicants
   • High school graduates or students expecting to graduate from high school in 2014 from all concerned countries except for Japan (Japan is scheduled to select students in January 2014 for the 2014 spring semester.)
   • Students that can complete the entire Korean language course (one year) and an undergraduate course (four years)
   • Students that can dedicate themselves to a public course in the church for two years after completing their scholarship program
     • Each regional headquarters has received and should retain the written oath through which applicants pledge to dedicate themselves to a public church course for two years
3. Selection Procedure Each regional headquarters must screen documents submitted by applicants and select candidates based on the guidelines within the attached guidebook.
4. Notifications to the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation and How to Submit Documents
   • Submission Date: November 1, 2013
   • Required Documents: All personal documents attached within the guidebook and a recommendation letter by the regional president.
     • All documents must be submitted to the Wonmo Pyeongae Foundation by post. They must be the original documents. In case submission of documents is overdue for some unavoidable reason, one can send a copy of the original documents by fax or e-mail first and then send the original ones by post.

5. Benefits for Scholarship Students
   • Korean Language Institute Tuition: the entire tuition of $5,200 is covered.
   • Undergraduate Course: Tuition will be covered throughout the undergraduate course.
   • Other expenses apart from the above are to be taken care of by the students themselves.
